Thank you to those who joined us for our first 'live digital engagement event'.

We showcased how you could use the Q&A tool in a similar way to a face-to-face public briefing session or a stakeholder Q&A session.

Whilst we did not promote this session widely, we had a number of people online who asked us a total of 11 questions in the hour time period we had allocated and promoted.

Our team was working behind the scenes to answer/respond in real time. This also meant that participants had to 'refresh' their screens so they could see the answers as they were being responded to. Overall it seemed to work well.

This was a great start to our series of four live events that we will be hosting. We started today by showcasing one tool (Q&A) which also allowed for 'unverified participation' (eg you just had to leave an email address).

Next week we are stepping things up, and will be using a combination of 3 digital tools to show how you can run an engagement process online, and in real-time.
