Summary

We were very pleased to be guests in the recent webinar with Anna and Max.

We had over 70 people register for the event, and ran a number of hands-on activities to demonstrate how SMS can be used in community engagement activities.

We held 2 SMS Quick Poll engagements (one at the start and one at the end) and received a total of 98 votes.

We asked an 'open ended' question' which streamed SMS responses into the Guest Book tool, and received a total of 73 contributions.

In the spirit of best practice engagement, Anna and Max have written up a summary of the event and also included all the questions (and answers) that were asked during the event.
